Copyright. ComplaintMate for WIN95, Version 1.0 was registered with the United States Copyright Office in 1997 (effective March 6, 1997). ComplaintMate Web was registered with the U.S. Copyright Office in 2026 as a successor work.
The suite grew alongside two companion tools written for Cook County law enforcement, both registered with the U.S. Copyright Office on May 6, 2003: Felony101Mate, which automated the Felony Minute Sheet — Form 101 — and WarrantMate, a search warrant drafting tool.
